Utilizing "hands on" teaching, I customize my services around your requirements. I begin with meetings to determine your organizational challenges and framework, as well as your short and long term goals for the engagement. After our discussions, we will develop a written scope of service with well-defined milestones to achieve your goals.

My strength is in building proficient staff teams and creating a structure of policies and procedures wrapped with strong internal control systems that will guide you and your team on the path to success. This process can include assessment and training of staff, creation of specific recommendations, and action plans to achieve important milestones. Additionally, a reporting mechanism to share the status of our work and progression toward the goals we identify is developed.
